No appointment is strictly required — walk-ins are welcome during our business hours (9:00–17:00 daily). However, we recommend sending a WhatsApp message before your visit so we can prepare and reduce your waiting time.

Can I use my travel insurance?

We do not bill insurance companies directly, but we provide all the documentation you need to file a claim with your travel insurance: English medical certificates, itemized receipts, and diagnosis reports. Most patients successfully claim their full visit cost.

How much does a visit cost?

\n\n\n

Our standard all-inclusive consultation is ¥55,000, which covers the doctor visit, diagnostic tests, medication, and an English medical certificate. If you need a referral letter to a specialist hospital, that is an additional ¥11,000.
